Kayden Kross was born and raised in Sacramento, California. She is a book nerd and a reserved person. Kayden surprised her family and friends when she began stripping to earn extra money to rescue a pony from a slaughterhouse at the age of 18. While she was stripping, she was contacted by an agent with the opportunity to model in adult magazines. In 2006 she signed an exclusive contract with Vivid.

She became a free agent after one year, and then she followed this experience by signing an exclusive contract with Adam & Eve. After signing a new contract, she launched her official website ClubKayden.com and began hosting a blog at UnKrossed.com. After her contract with Adam & Eve ended in 2010, Kross decided to sign a multi-year contract with Digital Playground.

Along with her career as an adult performer, Kayden has been featured regularly on G4 as a host, a reality TV guest star, and a guest on Attack of the Show and several other TV shows.
